Christmas in Tasmania: Mt Wellington

Mt Wellington is a stunning peak in Hobart, Tasmania. We went up on a windy day (well, it's always windy) and Joe got some beautiful shots up there. Just lovely.

Christmas in Tasmania: Launceston Cataract Gorge and First Basin

Anybody who has visited Launceston has undoubtedly visited the Cataract Gorge. It's a natural ravine with flood waters, a suspension bridge, the longest single-span chairlift in the World, two swimming pools, peacocks, a fine restaurant... It's just wondrous.

Launceston is my hometown... so naturally, I had to show Joe!

Christmas in Tasmania: Mersey Bluff (Devonport)

Devonport is a very beautiful part of Tasmania. Here we are at the Lighthouse, with our friend Christina Thomson (who somehow managed to avoid being photographed). Beautiful, beautiful day...
